Queries: Have query return highest/lowest value in a field

Author(s)
Erika Yoxall

(Q)    Can I get a query to return a specified number of the highest or lowest values in a field?

(A)    Yes! By using the TopValues property. Sort your query by the field from which you want to select the top or bottom records. Open the Query's properties. Type the number or percentage of records you want to display in the TopValues property.
