The Forms Format Wizard can be used to change the format of Forms, Form Sections, Text Boxes, List Boxes, Combo Boxes and Labels on forms.

The Wizard takes you through a series of steps and at each step you can make changes to the format of items within forms, when you select finish on the final screen the Wizard will apply the format changes you have made to the forms you have selected in the current database, you can step through each form selected and choose not to save the changes on particular forms.

You can install the Forms Format Wizard in the same way as any other Wizard using Tools/Add-Ins/Add-In Manager.

Selection Properties
--------------------

Properties which can be amended in the Wizard which are represented by Text Boxes or Combo Boxes will not change the property on the forms if left blank or if they are cleared (except in the case of the Picture property for Forms, in this case if it is left blank it will not change the Picture property, but if it contained a value and is cleared it will remove the Picture property for the forms selected).

Properties which can be amended in the Wizard which are represented by Check boxes can be set to True, False or Null (Grey), if True or False they will set the properties appropriately, if Null they will leave the properties for the selected forms as they are.

Please note that not all changes that you make within the Wizard will be immediately displayed by the Sample Form as some properties can only be set in design mode.
